Sometimes you have to wonder what the biggest problem is when you’re working with a group of individuals. I would submit that the biggest problem is communication. There is nothing better than the written word to make sure everyone understands what is going on but you still have to be very clear. I personally would grab a GoDaddy hosting account to obtain Web space so that I can create both a public site and a private site. Then I would want to add an application to the private site which allows for project management and everyone to put documentation online. Then if anyone ever has questions about something in the future they can go back to previous notes from other projects whatever they may need a look at it online. This way you have everything documented and people can get things done much faster without all the issues surrounding communication errors.
